Hello famitracker forums, my name's Joe but I go by MKC. I've been working with the software for just over a year now, and wanted to make contact with you guys. So, here's a few of my songs (attached). I'm open to feedback, and I'm curious what people think. Human Interface Device, Limit Break, and Simplicity II are meant to be listened to back to back in that order. They're from the middle of a concept album I did.

I do have a bandcamp, mkcmusic.bandcamp.com, with a ton of my stuff on it. Feel free to comment on that stuff, too, if you like.

Thanks, and it's nice to finally meet you all.

Hey, I recognize you! Nice work on the music.

My only complaint is that your bass is loud. It may just be the speakers I'm listening through, but the bass is very loud on some of the songs and drown and the melody a bit.

Hi there! Thanks for the feedback. Actually, this is a bit silly but a friend and I are listening to some things and doing comparisons between 0.3.7, some of the betas, and 0.4, and it seems something in the mixing has changed. The bass was intended to be even louder than it is, haha. And something in the way the phasing effect is handled has changed the way Limit Break was intended to sound. I guess these files should be listened to in 0.3.7, although you might not want to, I suppose >_>

Don't know what to say about what happened to your bass tones. I also had some low frequency phasing effects on my songs made in 0.3.7 and noticed no difference when I changed over to 0.4.0.

Regarding your work, the chord progressions seemed quite solid to me. I also enjoyed your collab.
