You need a 400 on FM channels 2 and 3 on pattern 22 (decimal), because the vibrato from the previous frame carries over. Also I wish the tune used more custom presets; the default patches are getting old... :p

Lastly, instrument 02 makes the real VRC7 clip and distort madly when the volume exceets 0xB, so careful with that! :o

Otherwise, great work! I really like the tune. :)
