inspired after we saw muffan's in-game cover in the short loops thread.

we've been messing around with various techniques (the tuning, for one example) and covering songs like this has been very interesting. criticism is very welcome here, as we'd like to know how others find our style of song covers and if any improvements are needed.

Hey, I liked this...good job guys.
Regarding the last frame, you don't need to put C00 on every track, just one track will do. Also, just one Fxx is enough, since the only thing that's affected is the length of the frame.
Who's 'we'?
'We' is us.
Regarding the last frame...
We used the Fxx multiple times in the end to have the note hold out for a specific length of time. If anyone can find a way to get it to hold out the same time length while minimizing the amount of times the commmand is used, we'd appreciate it.

As for the Cxx command, we care about the looks as well as the sound of the file. Putting C00 in all of the channels just looks better to us. That's also why we have a different number for every frame, regardless of whether frames are re-used or not.

I suppose a F04 at row 16 and a F03 at row 55 would do it. It's no big deal though, just thought I'd mention it.

We've always used Fxx like this, so we're just used to it. Thanks for letting us know this though, maybe we'll try that out in a later track.

I used to come to this forum everyday to hear what others had created. This reminded me of why I did that.

Awesome track. Really good expansion of the original song. I love LoZ OoT and it is very dear to me, and you captured its feel perfectly.

Also, this whole "we" and "us" feels mildly schizophrenic. Anyone else get a little uncomfortable?
