Well we've just had a recent outbreak of awful, so these are actually somewhat refreshing.
It's good to see you've gotten comfy smacking the channels around to get interesting sounds; some of them are pretty neat.
Anyway, beyond a serious lack of volume control, they're all very simple... not that there's anything wrong with minimalism, but they seem to sort of trot along for a bit, and then stop for a breath, and repeat.
You might try mashing all of these ideas together (figuratively)... That might be interesting.

I record (some) NSFs on hardware. Feel free to [url=http://www.famitracker.com/forum/posts.php?id=3633]request a hardware render.
I guess it really depends on the application. I see you have volume commands in these, but the songs lack subtlety (which I guess is ok, if you're going for that really old-school style), and sometimes it's overpowering.
Take 'improve' for example:
In frame 06 you've got square 2's volume reduced to 5, but since square 1 and triangle are playing the same note, it's suddenly overpowering. When those kick drums hit it's REALLY loud.
Triangle's volume can't be changed, so there's really only so much you can do. I tried helping it in the attachment below. You might try raising one of the instruments an octave, or selecting some different notes to accompany one of the squares...
Really though, given that you only have three channels, there's a lot more you could be doing than just playing the same note.
If you're new to the software, or trackers, or songwriting in general, you might try doing some covers to pick up some techniques and ideas.

P80 is default. P81 will raise it slightly, and P7F will lower it slightly. It's not really necessary, and it adds an effect you might not want or like, but in this case, it stops the waveforms from piling up on top of each other and being so loud.
Just one man's solution.
Anyway, what I was getting at earlier is that you've got the [url=http://www.famitracker.com/wiki/]wiki, FamiTracker's help file, a mountain of information, ideas, and music drifting around in this forum, and danooct1's (8bitdanooct1) [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bwNElW5IEo0]video tutorials on YouTube to help you on your learning quest.
I don't speak for everyone, but most of us don't mind answering questions if you don't understand the material; sometimes the presented material is vague or you can't find what you want (I think this forum's search feature is loathsome, personally). All the same, you should make an effort to do the learning on your own.
I hope that didn't come off as terribly rude. :P

Just in case it might come in handy, here's the Famitracker help file converted to html: [url=http://famitracker.com/forum/attachments/34108/ft0.3.7_help.zip]click
Hyena ragequit the forum after two people made a joke that had absolutely nothing to do with him whatsoever. I have no idea why he decided to withdraw his work from the forum but he did.
