Hey, I haven't posted much of anything even remotely cool in a while. I'm sorry. Here, have a few tunes that I kicked around for a bit. Eventewally, I will use these short bits to create full songs, that will also be posted here. Of course, I have to get the creative half of my ass out of this comfy chair first.

It's still a dick move to modify Eletious's work and post the result without [i]waiting[/i] for his permission. I'd be furious.
So yeah don't do that. Asking for permission doesn't grant you every right to do whatever you want; [i]receving permission[/i] does.

Also, in the last planned song on the album, "Family", I have clips from songs not owned by anyone on the FamiTracker community (Cirno, Bad Apple!!) and a couple clips from sebamkfan, Hertz, Pie, and TT Team compositions. Should I do the same with the title of that song, or does anyone have suggestions? Other than that, all of the songs on the album are original.

Am I reading that correctly? You're intending to sell an album that (pending permission) will feature a song that somebody else started writing, and has another song that is filled with cover material that you yourself didn't track?
I wrote "Family" as a tribute to everyone who influenced my tracking in the past two years, but maybe that wasn't a good idea. I'm probably going to take it off, even though I really like how it finishes the album.

Guys, honestly, I don't care that Bradley did this! With stuff that I post (which, generally, is shit), you guys can edit it however you want, and put it into whatever you want... In fact, I'm kinda glad he gave me the heads up, even though I've been gone for almost a month (I think).
Of course, in the future, I do ask that if you DO edit my stuff, don't use it professionally. This is the first time it's happened to me, and since I've never said anything about it before, I'm okay with Bradley selling it. That said, guys, if I post something again and yall'z use it commercially, I'm going to flip shit.
EDIT: When I started this post, I was unaware that he was using it for t3h money. Now I am aware of this. Earlier, while under the assumption that by "putting it into an album" he meant "putting it into a collection of stuff for people to have for free," I gave Bradley the go-ahead, and I don't feel comfortable going back on my word. I've had enough of that recently, and I don't need any more.
Bradley, sadly, did not finish the track in the way that I intended it to be finished. However, he did mix that beginning well, and I can use the track he posted as a little template for the melody I want to put in it. That will be posted here in the future, I actually have it begun now in a different window.
I am serious about this: If, at any point in the future, I find ANY of my shit in someone else's commercial album, I WILL flip the fuck out. I'm not really sure what that entails yet, since this IS the Internet and thus I have no method of beating anyone here to death, but it will be bad. Have fun with that.
