Frame 6 and 8 shouldn't be there.
Without those, it sounded a lot more stable, and not bad at all!

I think that you could do with more pronounced pick ups in frames 5 and 7 into frames 6 and 8, and that would solve your problems. Also as frame 8 is half the length it jars a bit when we hit frame 9 and repeat the longer phrase - I think if you just played the second half of frame 9 it would sound better. Good job though, I like it!

Sounds a little bit all over the place. Personally, I would take out frames 6 and 8. It would make the song more consistant while maintaining the overall feel.

I'm with Weirdbananas on this one; music that has sections with off-kilter timing on purpose always merit a second listen. It always leaves me pondering "why did they choose to do that there?" and never fails to grab my attention.
