I really love the soundtrack to this game. Shimakura (and whoever did the music for this one, if different) could really work the GB chip.

Well, [url=http://icesoldier.me/music.html]I've already got a lot of the first soundtrack. Also geez guys, I've already got other cover projects going on. Covering GB tracks isn't that hard you know, just split the channels and use FDS or N163 for the wave channel.

Oh, I was joining in the fun of joking. Seriously, don't take it to heart. I don't request songs, I do them.

by the way is there a program or somesuch that allows you to find the exact wave of the wave channel? just wondering. that would make covering gb songs so much easier

I've been looking for a GB wave extractor tool myself, actually! I remember someone talking about it and I even think I had a go at it before my hard drive crashed. So I know it exists. But where? I have no idea...

I dunno about automated wave extraction, I haven't found anything that takes a GBS and a track number and spits out MML. I'm just used to converting to a GB, opening up the memory in VisualBoy Advance, and writing down the channel memory. I guess I could hack apart my copy of GME to make towave do this, but that's a big maybe, because I haven't looked at the internals of the GBS decoder before.
