Hello everyone!

I decided to make some covers of megaman songs i like, following [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuKceSByIhU]this tutorial. I used the same method (VirtuaNSF + Audacity). I tried to figure out everything by ear, but i used NSFImport to get some instruments(especially in MM4 Boss theme).

I think covers are quite accurate. Tell me what do you think.

I'm worried that yes good has become an obligatory memetic response rather than a genuine compliment.

yes it probably has, but in the sense that it is actually good to some degree. these covers are good, there is not really much to say. i guess for improved accuracy use the nsf importer for accurate instruments/timings/whatever, but these were done by ear and are good enough.

yes good, so few words mean so much

It's nice. Not anything surprising, but nice.

Damn.
In mm1wily2, that instrument for the noise channel would take me forever to figure out how to make correctly.

I also love the percussion in mm5boss.

i think it's context sensitive. i just(accidentally/subconsciously) used it on fezuke's new song, but only after several other ppl commented on how good the tune was. in that case it's like, 'yes of course, i agree. it's great!'

Bombman theme! Probably my favourite robot master music.

I am not really satisfied with this moment when there is slide down. I tried to do it better, but i think i don't understand yet how pitch envelope exactly works :P
