This is something i started a couple days ago for a flash project some friends and I are working on. I posted the rudimentary melody to the "Short Loops and Doodles" thread, although i think I've developed it significantly enough to warrant its own thread.
It's far from finished, although i'd love some constructive criticism on what I've got so far, along with any tips/ideas as to how i can improve it :D
the melody is coherent enough, but i find that some parts seem really really loud (square 2 on frames 03-02 in-particular). the glissando is also kind of annoying to my ear, but that might just be due to it's loudness.
there honestly really isn't much here to give criticism on, but once you have more than 25 seconds of music i'll try to make an effort and give you some feedback on that.
My headphones aren't the best and the volume doesn't sound too bad on these, but after i tested it on other phones/speakers, i saw a significant change. Glad to see it wasn't just my imagination XD.
