I did this all by ear, so there are bound to be some inconsistencies in both timing and tone. I was using the original as a reference, so I tried to sync it to the tempo as closely as possible. I also took a few artistic liberties in vibrato, pitch bending, and changed up some of the lengths of notes when followed by rests.

While I like this version, I feel like there is room for improvement on this, but I'm honestly not sure what effects to use if I'm sticking to solely the 2A03.

This is pretty accurate, considering that you've done it by ear. The only gripe that I have is that the squares in the last frame sound off. Also, the percussion was a little bare-bones, but I fooled around and think I fixed it. Nice job, though!

Thanks, your drums are way better than mine. I need to study yours so I can make better noise drums. Also, I like your toms. I was actually working on a version with toms in them, but I suck at hearing specific articulation in tom rolls.

I took your version and fixed the ending, because it was bugging me all day, too. In the original version, I tried throwing 5ths in there, but it just doesn't work. I lowered the octave of the notes that were being played, and gave it an octave unison in Square 2 instead of attempting harmonies.

I think you've got the ending down pretty good, though I fixed the last note in the squares because it sounded off, but what you did certainly improved it! Mega Man-style noise drums are simple- they're usually short "taps", you could say. The ones I usually use are 14 10 4 3 0 in the volume. These drums are short and I think that they fit the bill, as far as custom, "by the ears" Mega Man drums go. Triangle toms are simple, as well- most covers I've seen use | 15 or 16 in the pitch.
