Yeah, it's been a few months... figured I might as well do something cool!

This one is short, but I plan to rename the thread as I come up with more stuff and add files to it... maybe a "THIS IS ALL MY S**T" thread xD

Thanks, man! I kinda wish that I had made the key changes take less time, but then actually tracking it would have made me want to bleed profusely, and we can't have that, now can we? :P

I also want to make it a little longer, but I don't really know what direction I want to take it... Every time I try to add something, it sounds wrong. My first thought is to move everything in the FDS channel to a VRC6 Sawtooth channel, and then put stuff in the two new square/pulse channels, but that's a lot of work, and sadly I lack the motivation to edit it.

Alright, here's another one... I named it Tropics because that was the original intention of the composition, but I ended up turning it into more of a weird Spanish/Carribean ballad, I think. Honestly, I have no clue where this came from, so if anyone thinks they've heard it before, let me know, because I've heard it in my head nonstop for three days now and it's really bugging me.

The first few frames of the tropics song is from the game Madagascar for the ps2 and Gamecube. It plays in the background of the Tiki Mini Golf minigame.

Thanks guys!

Gyms, I saw that you posted an edit, and for about half a second I saw red.... and then I listened to it, and it seemed a lot cleaner than I had made it.

Golfertrytek, I don't think I've ever played it... In fact, I'm pretty sure I disowned my friends who got it thinking the quality would translate from movie to game. Still, it's pretty interesting to know that it shows up there... I wonder if there's another, older piece somewhere that both tunes draw inspiration from.

Yeah, and then I remembered that I DID kinda post the FTM for people to listen to and edit, and listened to it, and was like, ssshhhhiiiiiiiittttt, that's pretty good!

And yeah, I could always ignore posted edits, but I don't... it's too much fun to see a potential accidental collab =P
