Indeed, it does sound a bit rushed, but more because of the lack of volume control.

You have a pretty long intro & the song gets interesting around frame 09, but I find that your use of 0xx could be improved if you lowered the volume on both the VRC6 square channels & improved on fading your volume in/out using the Axx command.
