Hello everyone, I've been farely busy lately and have not been able to contribute much in the terms of music.
I threw something together a few days ago and just finished up with it today.
Feedback is welcome

Wow, a beautiful song, and I can hear Penguins of the Apocalypse in there, slightly.

It reminds me of some music of Kulor's. This is a good thing. Nicely done!

Welcome to the club (I haven't uploaded much new material for a while). Mind you, this is very well done, zephemeros.

It somehow reminds me of those fountain areas in Legend of Zelda where large fairies heal you...

I can't blame you, this kind of music can be quite time consuming.
One problem I have when tracking is that I spend the majority of my time going over everything and tweaking it constantly; it's almost as if I'm never happy with what I write right off the top of my head. It ends up being quite time consuming for me :P

The feedback is much appreciated from everyone

I've recently decided the 2A03 triangle is one of the sexiest sounds on earth.

...which makes me love this song even more. :D

Agreed. I love using it for melodies, It has such a beastly sound. it's such a shame that you can't control its volume, however

Wonderful song!

Looks like it would also work on the MMC5 or even FME7 expansion sound as well, since it only uses extra sound for 50% duty square waves.

Also, try to avoid using duty cycle #3 (75%). It causes popping artifacts. Use 25% instead.

@Xyz_39808

So you can change the volume of the triangle with Zxx in the DPCM channel?
That's awesome :D
I'd imagine you wouldn't be able to use DPCM drums though, would you? Not that it matters because I never use them anyways, but I'm kind of curious.
