Yes Another shot at a cover, but this time I took a music sheet and copied it down on the tracker, Hope you guys like!

PS I know this isn't golden material, but it's good.

EDIT- fixed the square on 02.

the only difference I can find is frame 0 percussion. What did you fix?

it wasnt just the percussion it was the notes on the frames as well

if you listen to both the original and the one that was fixed you can hear a difference. the original sounded wrong when i heard those sour notes...

Don't worry; I notice fully what InterrobangPie did to improve this. The most important changes are both the percussion & the lead. There's still quite a bit of issues with the triangle & FDS channels, though.

If you want, here's an MP3 recording of the original song.

I know how the song sounded I played the game!

I toke sheet music and put it on famitracker.

I just wanted to add a little bit of a different sound to it.

It was Intentional, not a mistake!

I'll never be able to make covers/remixes/8bitifieds ever again.

It should never be intentional to have horribly incorrect notes that make it less pleasant to listen to.

Incorrect notes?

How?

I took It straight from a sheet of music, The instrument Is not an ocarina, but I thought It sounded nice as the way it is.

Well I won't argue over it, but could you explain how these notes are wrong?

Frame 02 is very blatantly wrong.

Yes it is, I forgot to upload the file that had fixed that, Interrobangpie also fixed this too.

That was a mistake I made while coping the sheet.

Just compare the notes.

For example, your version completely ignores the chord change in frame 02 and the melody is wrong at that point to boot. Notice how the (I presume) correct version goes B C B G E, not B C D B G. I've only heard the original song a couple of times, and I still knew this part wasn't right when I listened to it.

(EDIT: Sorry, got ninja'd by the above two posts.)

As long as you fixed it then I don't have much of a problem with it. Not bad after all.
